2016 - THE YEAR THAT WAS

Wow, what a year it has been! Vintage 2016 has been an awesome year for me, trying new and exciting wines, visiting Tasmania for their sensational “Effervescence Tasmania” Sparkling wine festival (proof that Tasmania produces world-class sparkling wines at a fraction of the cost of Champagne, as well as some brilliant cool-climate wines).   I also visited the beautiful Rueda region in Spain, meeting the loveliest of people there and tasting superb, classy white wines.
